Available Shifts:

  • 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Position Summary
We are seeking professional and energetic Banquet Servers to support a large hotel event in Ypsilanti, MI. Banquet Servers will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during special events, weddings, conferences, and banquets while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Refill beverages and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a banquet and hospitality team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
