Job description

DESCRIPTION
As the first point of contact, the Valet/Bellhop establishes positive guest relationships. You are responsible for the safe and efficient parking of vehicles and the transportation of guest luggage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide local directions/recommendations.
  • Vehicle & Luggage: Safely park/retrieve vehicles; transport luggage; manage key security.
  • Maintenance: Ensure the valet area is clean and presentable; assist with room moves.
  • Communication: Keep management informed of guest feedback and safety concerns.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Physical ability to run, climb stairs, and lift.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
