Job description

As the Hotel Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the hotel's daily operations run seamlessly. With minimal supervision, you will exercise independent judgment to optimize operations while upholding our vision, mission, and values. This self-starter position requires 24-hour availability and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective team leadership and operational management.Compensation:

$50,000+ depending on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance, events, and room bookings to optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect guest rooms and "back of house" areas to ensure brand and company standards are being met
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and back-of-house areas to meet brand and safety standards.
  • Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings
  • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to read and interpret business materials, write professional correspondence, and deliver presentations.
  • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
