Kitchen & Bar Staff: Essential Responsibilities
  • Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes.
  • Ensuring that food is prepared and cooked to the correct specifications.
  • Following food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Communicating with the rest of the Kitchen & Bar Staff to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked in a timely manner.
  • Operating and maintaining cooking equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, and grills.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.

  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, rotating shifts and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong task and time management abilities.
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
