We are hiring Sales Consultant for our dealership. This role is perfect for individuals with strong customer service experience who enjoy helping people find the right vehicle. No previous car sales experience is required - we provide full training, guidance, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicles for their needs and lifestyle

Provide a professional, friendly, and informative customer experience

Explain vehicle features, pricing, and available options clearly and accurately

Guide customers through the purchase process with honesty and transparency

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Work closely with managers and team members to meet dealership sales goals

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications

Customer service experience is required (retail, hospitality, call center, or related fields)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow in a sales career

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic dealership software

Sales Professional Requirements:
