What You Will Do

As a Host Hostess you will

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
  • Manage reservations waitlists and seating arrangements
  • Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
  • Assist in creating a positive and respectful dining environment
  • Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive service
