General Manager – West Palm Beach Canopy by Hilton

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the West Palm Beach Canopy by Hilton—an exceptional luxury/lifestyle destination known for its elevated guest experience, distinctive design, and vibrant sense of place.

This role calls for a visionary hospitality leader with a proven track record in the luxury or lifestyle segment. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance. Familiarity with Hilton systems, standards, and culture is a strong advantage. Dynamic and visionary leadership with a hands-on approach throughout the property will be a key to success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership across all hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
  • Champion a culture of service excellence, innovation, and accountability across all departments.
  • Oversee and optimize a robust Food & Beverage program, including multiple outlets, banquets, and meetings & convention space.
  • Drive revenue growth through strong commercial acumen, sales alignment, and yield strategies.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on profitability and cost control.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Significant leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality environments.
  • Strong Food & Beverage background, including oversight of large-scale banquet, meetings, and convention operations.
  • Demonstrated operational savvy with the ability to balance guest experience and efficiency.
  • Proven financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience with Hilton (or similar global brand systems) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
