The Busperson supports the service team in a fine dining restaurant by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, according to established fine dining standards.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables during and after meals, transporting them to the dishwashing area.
Replenish water glasses, bread, and other condiments as needed, anticipating guest needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including stocking ice, napkins, and other supplies.
Polish silverware and glassware to ensure a pristine presentation.
Clean and maintain dining room floors, ensuring they are free of debris and spills.
Assist in seating guests and managing table turns efficiently.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
