Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Management Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in event planning, promotions, marketing, and client relations.

No previous event-management experience is required. We provide training and hands-on support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Event Management Trainee, you'll receive hands-on experience supporting events from planning through completion. Responsibilities may include:

  • Helping set up and break down event spaces
  • Supporting event-day logistics and guest experiences
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, team members, and event attendees
  • Assisting with promotional and marketing activities
  • Helping manage schedules, supplies, materials, and event details
  • Representing our organization in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Learning how successful events are planned, promoted, and executed
  • Working with experienced team members to develop your event-management skills
