Job description

Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry is looking for a vibrant, talented Facilities Coordinator who will ensure all systems around building and equipment repairs & maintenance are executed with excellence to ensure a smooth operation and aid in our quickly growing business.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Chick-fil-A brand, the frontline worker, and the hospitality industry. While this is a Facilities Coordinator role, guest service is at the heart of what we do - this position will require the individual to work in restaurant operations to supplement for full-time status.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & equipment budget management
  • Managing restaurant facilities and equipment maintenance calendar
  • Servicing equipment (pressure fryers, open fryers, grills, refrigeration systems, ice machine, HVAC, etc.)
  • Setting up service for equipment
  • Vendor management
  • Operations leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Facilities Management
  • HVAC and Refrigeration certifications
  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for working with their hands, technical knowledge/training, and a passion for serving others through hospitality.
