Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve guests with respect and urgency, ensuring fast Speed of Service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures
  • Set and achieve team goals, celebrating successes
  • Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
  • Develop and implement signature service offerings
