  • Monitor PMIX, check averages, and guest counts to grow revenue

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, PMIX, P&L basics)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience with POS & scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus)
  • Flexible schedule - evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working in both dining room and bar environments
