Salary Range: $115,000 to $130,000 annually

Title: Senior Manager, Social Media & PR

Salary Range: $115k–$130k

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines and best practices while optimizing and monetizing the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Establish and execute strategic social campaigns for product launches, store openings and brand partnerships.
  • Analyze benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media efforts.
  • Create community engagement guidelines and oversee social listening to strengthen customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute Vince’s influencer strategy across organic, paid and affiliate partnerships while building meaningful relationships with content creators and influencers.
  • Own and grow Vince's ShopMy affiliate creator program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, gifting and performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute seasonal public relations strategies in partnership with Vince's global PR agencies to drive brand awareness, earned media and cultural relevance.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships, overseeing seasonal priorities, press previews, media opportunities, gifting initiatives and performance against established KPIs.
  • Cultivate relationships with editors, stylists, media and industry partners to maximize editorial coverage and support key brand moments.
  • Identify and execute celebrity dressing opportunities that align with Vince's brand positioning and drive visibility across editorial, entertainment and cultural moments.
  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal brand events, influencer activations and press previews that elevate the Vince brand.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance brand events, extend brand reach and create meaningful customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, reporting and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to support LLM visibility and generative search strategies by creating content and communications that reinforce accurate and compelling brand storytelling across AI search platforms.
  • Partner cross-functionally on editorial content to drive SEO optimization.
  • Manage social media, PR and event budgets.

Qualifications / Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.
  • 7–9 years in social media, public relations, influencer marketing and brand events, preferably within fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across social, PR, influencer and experiential channels.
  • Knowledge of managing PR agencies, PR samples, influencer talent and affiliate creator platforms.
  • Strong creative and editorial sensibility with the ability to develop compelling brand narratives across imagery, content and copy.
  • Demonstrated success executing elevated brand events and experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social, influencer and earned media metrics.
  • Familiarity with social content management platforms, sample management software and emerging AI tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong sense of accountability.
