Job description

Job Title: High-Performance Sales Representative (Insurance)


Role Overview

This is a high intensity, performance-driven sales role designed for individuals who thrive in competitive, fast-paced environments. This is not a traditional 40-hour workweek, candidates should expect a significant upfront workload and a steep ramp curve.

The position requires strong personal accountability, persistence, and the ability to quickly adapt and execute. Success in this role is directly tied to effort, mindset, and the ability to overcome rejection.

  • Ramp Period: First 90 days focused on training, activity volume, and pipeline development
  • Full Productivity: Expected within 180 days
  • Work Environment: Metrics-driven with a strong emphasis on activity, production, and continuous improvement


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Conduct needs-based selling to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and implement coaching in real time
