Job description

We are seeking a Remote/ In person Registered Dietician who is fluent in Spanish to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing nutritional assessment, care planning, and patient education to a diverse patient population. The dietitian will manage a caseload of 10-12 patients a day and collaborate regularly with other healthcare providers using the Epic electronic health record system. This position requires cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills to deliver effective remote consultations and dietary recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutritional assessments tailored to individual patient needs
  • Develop comprehensive care plans based on dietary requirements
  • Provide patient education on nutrition and healthy eating habits
  • Offer culturally sensitive dietary recommendations
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Epic EHR
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Perform remote consultations to support patient care

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in dietetics
  • Fluent in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients
