Make a Difference
Valet/Greeters are responsible for ensuring assigned entrances to the hospital are safe and inviting for patients, visitors, and staff. Greets and identifies any special needs; opens car doors to assist guests in and out of vehicles as necessary. Parks vehicles in designated valet spaces.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
• Maintains excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work with others as a team.
• Controls the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance.
• Helps guests load and unload belongings.
• Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to taking possession of a vehicle for valet service.
• Operate vehicles in accordance to valet service standards in a safe and professional manner.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license with a clean and safe driving record, which meets insurance criteria. Chauffeur's license preferred.
• Patient/customer transport experience preferred.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
