Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience as an admin assistant, preferably for a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab 

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
