Ovation Hospice is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Administrator for our Salt Lake Citylocation. As a Hospice Administrator with Ovation, you will oversee the Salt Lake City area's daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

Your expertise in hospice administration, coupled with your leadership skills, will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospice team, ensuring the highest standards of care are met
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the hospice program, including clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review patient care plans
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
