Sustainable Horticulture Field Tech

Our services include live and artificial plant displays, sustainable plant services, living arrangements, commercial holiday decor and more. From the design concept to installation and ongoing maintenance, we are enthusiastic about providing quality services for our clients. Our projects are distinct in their unique interpretation of our principles of design, sustainability and connection between plants + people + places.

What do our Horticulture Field Technicians do?

As a Horticulture Technician, you will have strong work ethics and keen attention to detail. You will be able to work independently and possess a genuine desire to service clients by taking the best care of the plants in their environments. You will also-

  • Visit customer locations as per a scheduled/time allotted route
  • Service all plants on the specified route day weekly
  • Water, clean/treat, prune, change out plants as needed
  • Carry plant materials, regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to carry 10 lb. watering buckets
  • Must be able to climb ladders and have the ability to use scissors/pruners and other tools
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner

What do you need?

  • High school diploma or GED, college preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and enjoy hands-on work
  • Available to work Monday – Thursday 8am to 6pm (some holiday fluctuations)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening
  • Must have a current valid driver’s license and be over 21 years of age (auto insurance requirement)
