  • Document patient interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure coordinated care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in regular professional development and training to maintain current knowledge of best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population includes individuals seeking detoxification from substances while also needing support for underlying mental health issues. This role requires a compassionate understanding of addiction and its psychological impacts, fostering a safe environment for patients to discuss their experiences openly.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills, including thorough assessment capabilities and experience developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a substance use recovery or mental health environment, preferably in a detoxification center.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems and healthcare software for efficient patient management.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques in a clinical setting.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage
  • Life Insurance
