The Human Resource programs at Horizon Health and Wellness are focused on attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting of a culture of "Kindness Matters" for our patients and staff.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for, and oversees bi-weekly payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, retirement plan administration, employment onboarding, workforce development planning, leave administration, and human resource records administration.

Qualified candidates must possess a 4-year degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires substantial knowledge of human resource principles and best practices, healthcare regulatory requirements, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, and ability to promote a positive performance culture and work environment through effective performance management systems and delivery of supportive employee services. Experience in non-profit, integrated healthcare environment is preferred.

Additionally, qualified candidates must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, ability to pass a criminal history and background check, and level 1 fingerprint clearance.
