Greener Horizon has a talented staff of dedicated employees, and it shows. Some of our employees have been with us since we opened our doors. All of our team members are here to serve our customers with respect, honesty, and integrity. That is what we’re here for, and that is just the way we do business.Â
Due to company growth, we have an immediate opening for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. The maintenance division executes the following: spring cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, flower, tree, and shrub installs, fall cleanups, tree work, lawn renovations, aeration and overseeding, and more.
All applicants must be willing and able to work full days outside in varying weather conditions.
We offer competitive wages based on experience, overtime, optional health insurance, assistance and training for certifications and licenses, and a great working environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid DOT and reasonable driving record and experience driving truck and trailer
- 3 years experience running your own crew
- Must demonstrate knowledge in all aspects and seasons of landscaping
- Ability to communicate with customers and management.
- Ability to work in faced paced environment and completing time sensitive work
- Additional licenses, hoisting, pesticide, a bonus.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
