Job description

Greener Horizon has a talented staff of dedicated employees, and it shows.  Some of our employees have been with us since we opened our doors.  All of our team members are here to serve our customers with respect, honesty, and integrity.  That is what we’re here for, and that is just the way we do business. 
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and dependable Construction Crew Leader who can interact with co-workers and customers on a professional level.

  • Lead a crew in performing a wide range of landscaping construction tasks, including but not limited to planting and sod installations and irrigation 
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Ideal candidates will have experience with installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. Must also be experienced with operating excavation and grading equipment.

Additional requirements:

2+ years of experience
Current driver's license
Massachusetts DOT card
Current 2A hoisting license or willingness to obtain
Pass a pre-employment drug test
