Job description

Do you thrive on developing new business opportunities while also cultivating long-term client relationships? In this role, you'll help clients to envision stunning landscapes and guide them through every step of their landscape project, while bringing their vision to life!

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual for our Landscape Construction Account Manager position. This position requires you to journey with the client through the sales process, from understanding the client's project needs and wants through to project completion ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

If you are client focused and driven to deliver exceptional client service and satisfaction, this position is right for you. Specifically, you will be responsible for business development, account management, relationship development, estimating projects, and project profitability. You will focus on managing client satisfaction and retention while maintaining an open line of communication between the client and the company. You will work closely with other departments to ensure effective cross-selling and upselling of the company's full set of landscape services.

Your qualifications must include account management and or sales experience in the landscape/green industry. Supervisor experience is a plus. As a leader, you will be responsible for achieving sales and client satisfaction goals, as well as managing the quality of work and communication between the team and our clients. The weekly work schedule is Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays if necessary.
