We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional automotive experience from day one.

Join our team at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson and soon Whitestown, IN as a Finance & Insurance Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dealership’s profitability and customer satisfaction by effectively managing the F&I process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire finance and insurance process ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
  • Work closely with customers to secure financing by evaluating credit applications and presenting financing options.
  • Present and explain financial products including extended warranties, insurance, and other add-ons.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to offer competitive financing packages.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and improve customer experience.
  • Stay current on financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of financing, insurance products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations related to auto finance.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
