We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecom Engineer I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a Telecom Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain telecommunications systems for our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and develop your skills in areas such as UCaaS systems like RingCentral, and CCaaS systems like NICE InContact

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of RingCentral MVP builds for our locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and address technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of telecommunications hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support to clients and end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telecommunications technology.
  • Document technical procedures and system configurations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with VoIP systems and telecommunications equipment (e.g., routers, switches, PBX systems).
