Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain purchase order data accurately into company procurement systems in accordance with established proceduresUpdate order records to reflect current status, including confirmations, revisions, shipment updates, and closuresLog and track incoming invoices, packing slips, and delivery confirmations, flagging discrepancies to the approving manager for resolutionMaintain organized and accurate procurement documentation files, both digital and physical, as applicableRun and distribute routine procurement reports as directed by managementCommunicate order status updates to internal teams (Operations, Finance, Warehouse) as neededEscalate any supplier issues, pricing discrepancies, or non-routine requests to the designated manager immediately

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
