Position Summary

Community-Based Therapist (Masters Level) - Independent Contractor $60/hr

Do you have a passion for working with children and families with a history of abuse and neglect? Do you have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field? If this sounds like you, Damar Support Services is looking for talented Licensed Therapists to work as independent contractors. Our Independent contractors work with children and families with a history of abuse and neglect. These are court ordered services offered to children and families who are involved with DCS (CHINS) or probation. Interventions are designed to help remedy whatever issue lead a family to the attention of DCS.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

What you need to be considered:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field
  • License required - LMHCA, LMHC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFTA
  • Domestic violence experience a plus
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid Indiana driver's license
  • No felony convictions or other criminal offences
