We are seeking a dynamic Manager of EHR Platform & Enterprise Integration to lead our critical EHR technical services, interoperability platforms, and enterprise integration domain. In this high-impact role, you will drive implementation and operationalization strategies, manage teams and multi-million-dollar budgets, deliver exceptional service outcomes, and ensure seamless interoperability that directly supports clinical care and business operations.

Manages teams, budgets, projects, and service delivery for the EHR Platform & Enterprise Integration domain, focused on implementation and leading operationalization strategy. Accountable for team outcomes, operational performance, resource alignment, vendor management, and continuous improvement of EHR technical services, interoperability platforms, and related technologies supporting clinical and business operations.
Required Qualifications: IT Manager - EHR Platform and Enterprise Integration
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a related IT area required.
  • Minimum 3 years leading technical teams with 24×7 operational accountability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, information systems, engineering, or related field required.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, technical operations, or integration platforms required.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams, service delivery, budgets, and operational outcomes required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Preferred Qualifications: IT Manager - EHR Platform and Enterprise Integration
  • Experience supporting Epic technical environments preferred.
  • Epic certifications such as Technical Solutions, Bridges, or related preferred.
  • Experience with Cloverleaf, MuleSoft, APIs, HL7, or FHIR preferred.
  • Experience with high-availability healthcare systems and 24x7 support operations preferred.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and service governance preferred.
  • Healthcare provider or academic medical center experience preferred.
