Job description

Job Title: IAP Support Specialist

Employment Type: Contract

Work Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of customer-facing experience in healthcare, public health, health insurance, or healthcare administration
  • Experience working in healthcare operations or health administration
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience documenting client interactions and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases or case management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Ryan White Program requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program services or ADAP
  • Knowledge of HIV care systems, insurance enrollment, and medication access programs
  • Experience providing technical assistance to healthcare providers or case managers
  • Experience supporting state or federally funded healthcare programs
Key Responsibilities
  • Support IAP enrollment, eligibility, and renewals
  • Provide technical assistance to Ryan White case managers
  • Resolve client and operational issues in collaboration with internal and external partners
