Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Industrial Medical Assistant to support onsite employee health services in an industrial setting. This role combines medical assistant duties with workplace wellness and injury-prevention support. Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take vitals, medical history, assist exams
  • Perform hearing, vision, drug screening, EKGs
  • Collect specimens and perform basic lab tests
  • Administer medications under supervision
  • Maintain exam rooms/equipment
  • Support vaccine clinics, biometrics, and safety initiatives
  • Schedule patients, update EHR, answer inquiries
  • Provide coverage at nearby sites as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • MA program completion preferred
  • CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA preferred
  • BLS/CPR required
  • 1-3 years experience preferred
  • Industrial/occupational health experience a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing/walking
  • Occasional lifting 30-50 lbs
