Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing team. This role supports both clinical and front office functions in a fast-paced primary care environment. Ideal candidates will have primary care experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assist with implementing new policies and procedures as our clinic expands services, including sleep-related screenings and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room patients, obtain vitals, and document medical history
  • Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, and specimen collection (as applicable)
  • Distribute sleep assessments to patients during routine visits and ensure completion for provider review
  • Support front office duties including scheduling, check-in/out, and patient coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and compliant with clinical standards
  • Follow established protocols and assist with workflow improvements and new process implementation
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members

Required Qualifications

  • Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) — required
  • Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience

  • Primary care clinic experience
  • Sleep medicine or procedure-based clinic exposure
  • Experience supporting new workflow or policy rollouts

Schedule

  • Mon, Tues, Thurs and alternating Wednesdays and Fridays.

Compensation
