Forward Deployed Engineer
Hybrid - Santa Clara, CA
**This position requires candidates to be based in the Bay Area. Not considering relocation at this time.
About the Role This role combines engineering, consulting, and customer engagement to help organizations solve complex hiring and upskilling challenges through scalable, skills-based solutions. You'll work onsite with enterprise customers to gather requirements, deliver technical demos, and implement workflows that transform how companies hire and develop developers.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll partner closely with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and impactful for customers. You'll leverage AI tools and new technologies to speed delivery and continuously improve how solutions are implemented.
What You'll Do
Lead high-impact demos, technical presentations, and onsite engagements with enterprise customers.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to understand hiring and training needs and shape effective solutions.
Design and implement scalable workflows that transform complex processes into simple, skills-based experiences.
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate delivery and improve customer outcomes.
Partner across teams to ensure every customer interaction showcases the full value of the platform.
Who You Are
A full-stack builder comfortable working with web applications, IDEs, APIs, back-end services, and developer tools.
Confident delivering technical presentations and demos to enterprise customers, translating requirements into high-impact solutions.
A clear communicator able to go deep with engineers or simplify concepts for non-technical audiences.
Energetic, creative, and solution-oriented in every engagement.
Even Better If You Have
Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, or API-heavy systems.
Strong project management skills; ultra-organized and able to set and meet deadlines.

Compensation
Base salary range: $160,000 - $185,000.
This range does not include commissions, bonuses, stock options, or benefits for which you may be eligible.
