Now Hiring: HIM Manager Lead a High-Impact Health Information Team
We're seeking an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) Manager to lead a critical function responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and availability of patient health information across an acute care environment.
This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on HIM professional who thrives in operational excellence, team development, and compliance-driven healthcare settings.
In this role, you'll oversee core HIM functions including:
  • Medical record management
  • Release of Information (ROI)
  • Document imaging & record completion
  • Physician deficiency tracking
  • Data integrity & regulatory compliance

You'll also lead and develop a dedicated HIM team, partnering closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure health information is complete, accurate, and accessible in support of patient care and organizational performance.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HIM, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HIM experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in HIM operations
  • Strong acute care hospital HIM experience preferred
  • Proven experience with ROI, imaging/scanning, record completion, and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational results
Certifications Required
  • RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or
  • RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) - AHIMA certified
