Creative complex problem solving skills
Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists
Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus
Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred
Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or similar role leading individuals to attain revenue targets and drive business growth
Background working with channel partners and/or supporting multiple routes to market
Solid understanding of the Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to your own reliable transportation to drive within your territory for customer meetings
