Description Summary: The HFA Financial Advisor Senior - Branch partner closely with branch staff to uncover client needs and offer most appropriate financial solutions for their short-term and long-term goals. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for personal production goals and customer service objectives for all assigned branches and/or book of business. Provide investment/insurance solutions to customers based on a comprehensive financial planning approach that incorporates all assets, goals, time horizon and risk tolerances.

Coach branch staff regularly in every location to better profile customers to identify short-term and long-term goals and provide appropriate solutions as needed. Provide ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches to deliver a great customer experience to all customers and prospective customers. Responsible for partnering with every line of business (Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, etc.) to provide clients with best solutions for all their needs

Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma Minimum of 1 year of investment sales experience Series 7, 63, 65/66 and Life and Health Licenses Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 2-3 years of experience in an investments area Experience coaching, influencing and developing individuals in a team environment Track record of exceeding expectations as well as assigned goals and targets Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of prospects and clients, attention to detail in paperwork and commitment to excellence in service and follow up Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
