As part of the NAC, the HFA Dedicated Financial Advisor - Advice Center with the team is responsible for providing investment advice and financial planning for customers in a phone-based environment. **Duties & Responsibilities:*** Responsible for personal production goals and client service objectives through targeted inbound and outbound telephone interactions.* Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate products via phone and web-based delivery.* Deliver an engaging client experience to effectively take care of our client's financial and service needs.* Is proactive with consistent partner communication.* Works closely to coach and develop branch partners in order to identify investment and insurance opportunities to assist clients in planning for their financial goals.* Incorporates comprehensive financial planning to ensure review of client's total assets, short and long-term goals, risk tolerance, and timeframes.* Consistently communicates with clients to provide ongoing financial advice and guidance.
