Job description

Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Server to join our growing team.
Heritage Pointe Senior Living is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Marshall, Minnesota. We have helped seniors Age Magnificently since 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Heritage Pointe provides a strong leadership team and welcoming staff. We recently were awarded the 2023 Bronze AHCA/NCAL Quality Award. Join our team today!
Shifts Available: On Call Casual
Wage: $15.50 - $20.50
Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Culinary Assistants/Servers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:
Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.
