Job description

RN/LPN Opportunities at Heritage Pointe

Heritage Pointe is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for part-time or full-time positions at our Fort Wayne, Indiana location. A successful candidate should be reliable, enjoy working with people, have excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work under pressure. As a member of our successful healthcare team, you would provide high-quality nursing care for our residents, offer guidance and support to other team members, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently. This is a great opportunity if you are just starting in the field or have plenty of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify patients' care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them
  • Resolve or report on patients' needs or problems
  • Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services
  • Follow care regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Nursing: 1 year (preferred) Heritage Pointe is a great place to begin your career!
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with good communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
