We are seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our Integrative Mental Health team! You will work collaboratively with Nutritionists, Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists, and Psychiatric NPs,

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility is to discover the underlying causes that may be contributing to their mental health issues and provide personalized health wellness guidance. Through advanced testing, you will help identify the root causes affecting our clients' well-being. Your expertise will contribute to tailored wellness recommendations supporting their overall health and long-term goals.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Certification in Functional Medicine
  • 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
