About the Opportunity
We are seeking a practitioner who is passionate about functional medicine, longevity and preventive healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness and quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.
Services may include hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, nutritional support, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration therapies and other wellness-focused treatment programs.
Qualifications
  • Licensed MD, DO, NP or PA with active or eligible Florida licensure
  • Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or related specialty preferred
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy or wellness medicine strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Passion for personalized, patient-centered care
