What you'll do here as IT Helpdesk Intern?

What You'll Do Here....

  • First line support for service desk ticket requests
  • Assist with Onboarding new Axians - including, but not limited to building new hire laptops and conducting trainings
  • Help create and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Maintain and organize inventory
  • Shadow senior team members
  • Involvement in ongoing IT projects
  • Perform additional tasks as required
