Job description

Nucar Parts Warehouse of Norwood is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Wholesale Parts Receptionist to support our busy parts department. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable handling high call volumes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle overflow inbound calls for the wholesale parts department
  • Take customer orders, detailed messages, or route calls to the appropriate salesperson
  • Assist customers with order status updates and provide ETAs when available
  • Accurately distribute messages and order details to sales staff in a timely manner
  • Follow up to ensure all customer requests, orders, and messages are completed
  • Support the sales team with general order flow and communication
  • Assist with closing invoices and basic parts processing tasks
  • Help with reporting and complete tasks assigned by management
  • Jump in where needed to support overall parts department operations
