The individual in this role will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving help desk requests, supporting hardware and software systems, and assisting employees with daily technology needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with users, and ensuring smooth technology operations across the organization.
