Responsible for performing a variety of customer support and service duties, providing technical support through a customer and field service help desk.

• Answers phone calls for customer issues • Resolves customer complaints, refers issues to qualified individuals • Issues service parts to fulfil customer orders • Provides immediate technical assistance and troubleshooting support via telephone to customers and Field Service Technicians.
These are the skills you'll need
• High school diploma or GED • Degree appropriate for the position or other equivalent training or experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems • Previous experience with an MRP system and Microsoft Office Suite
