The Halifax Area School District is advertising for a Technology Services: Help Desk/Technician.
The successful candidate will be a part-time employee with responsibilities including but not limited to: managing helpdesk tickets; assisting with troubleshooting and maintaining computer technology & information systems in all district schools; installing software and hardware as needed; and assisting all staff with the operation of such equipment.
Applicants should have specialized training and possess knowledge and skills in computers, and telecommunications technology. Salary will be based on education and experience.
All applicants must submit the following: Letter of interest, resume, Act 34 & Act 151 clearances, and FBI fingerprint check. Physical exam, signed Act 24 Arrest Conviction Report, and mandated trainings will be required upon employment. All prospective candidates must comply with Act 168 Employment History Review process.
