Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Supervise and support the Front Desk team during the evening and overnight transition
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide exceptional service
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests, and problem resolution
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and find solutions that create a positive experience
• Support the Front Desk Manager with daily operations and team leadership
• Monitor the lobby and front desk to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment
• Assist with training and coaching Front Desk team members
• Communicate important guest and operational information to the appropriate departments
• Help ensure hotel policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
Qualifications

• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
