Job description

Who we are

The real world is the next frontier, and at Metropolis, we are creating the artificial intelligence to make it responsive. We are pioneering the Recognition Economy โ€” a future where mundane repetition disappears and being known unlocks access, comfort, and belonging everywhere you go. From transforming parking into a seamless drive-in, drive-out experience for millions of Members to expanding our intelligence layer across retail and hospitality, we are building a world that feels instinctive and magical. The future isnโ€™t coming; itโ€™s here, and we need builders, innovators, and problem solvers to help us create it.

Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Revenue Economics Analyst to join our revenue engine at a pivotal moment in the companyโ€™s growth. In this role, you will evaluate deal structure, shape pricing strategy, and build sophisticated financial models that directly inform how we scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position embedded within our Revenue Operations organization, working hand-in-hand with Sales leadership and our SVPs of Sales to drive GTM performance. You will serve as a trusted analytical partnerโ€”translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform margin decisions, revenue outcomes, capital planning, and overall deal health. If you are energized by solving hard problems at the intersection of finance, strategy, and sales operations, this role is for you.

What you'll do
  • Build and review proformas for organic and existing deals across our national portfolio, ensuring financial rigor and strategic alignment
  • Develop and expand underwriting models by integrating internal and external data insights, enabling sales leaders to execute more informed GTM strategies
  • Quantify and communicate the tangible impact of Metropolis technology for clients and internal stakeholders, turning data into compelling business cases
  • Collaborate directly with sales and operations leaders to establish best practices for underwriting and asset management
  • Stress test asset performance against potential macro and micro economic scenarios, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively
  • Implement automation solutions that streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency across the revenue organization
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects that support revenue generation and strategic decision-making
  • Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations that inform strategy at every level of the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, contributing meaningfully to the companyโ€™s growth and competitive positioning
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience working across complex sales cycles and workflows, with an understanding of how revenue organizations operate
  • Progressive accounting and finance background, including hands-on experience reviewing and interpreting P&L statements
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to transform and synthesize data across multiple sources using leading visualization platforms
  • Exceptional analytical and problemโ€‘solving abilityโ€”you can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and seniority levels
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and other automation tools used to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • A growth mindset and intellectual curiosityโ€”you are energized by ambiguity and motivated to build scalable solutions in a fastโ€‘moving environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, highโ€‘output processes

4 Days in Office: Metropolis values inโ€‘person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience. Our corporate team members hold to our officeโ€‘first model, which requires employees to be onโ€‘site at least four days a week, fostering organic interactions that spark creativity and connection

When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of worldโ€‘class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Our goal is to build an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins. You will play a key role in building and maintaining this culture as our organization grows. The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000.00 USD to $95,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, shortโ€‘term and longโ€‘term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans, and more.

Metropolis may utilize an automated employment decision tool (AEDT) to assess or evaluate your candidacy for employment or promotion. AEDTs are used to assist in assessing a candidateโ€™s application relative to the required job qualifications and responsibilities listed in the job posting.

As part of this process, Metropolis retains data relevant to your candidacy, including personal information, for a period that is reasonably necessary for the use of the tool. If you are hired for the position, your data may become part of your employee records.
