Job Description

Duration: 10 months + Contract

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Information Analyst will be responsible for supporting disposition of legacy clinical systems and data integration to new Client clinical systems. This role will be involved in the implementation of new solutions, testing, management, and administration of new and legacy Client clinical systems.
The role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to define requirements, analyze and compare multiple systems for usability, strategize and implement data migration from legacy systems to new systems. This role will be involved in Test scripting and execution where necessary.
This role will work closely with Data Management function to determine the electronic foot print of clinical data/records and information. Develop solution to consolidate this data/records and information spread across both organizations.
Job Tasks
Liaise with Clinical functions and determine business requirements for new Clinical systems.
Perform usability analysis for two competing systems.

Work closely with SME and strategize data migration.
Analyze and document electronic footprint of Clinical data and data management records/information.
Develop solutions for a consolidated file system for storage of Clinical data and data management records/information.
Determine data migration activities and timelines in alignment with functional needs.
Implement migration activities such as mapping of data, manual migration where needed.
Author, review and execute user acceptance test scripts.
Manage and Administer new and legacy client systems.
Support personnel transition from old systems to new systems - troubleshooting access issues, training etc.
Develop training material/conduct training sessions as necessary.

Qualifications

Education: AS degree required, BS or Masters preferred  with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
