• Develop and implement tailored counseling strategies that fit the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical sessions accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay informed about current trends and advancements in mental health research.

Our client focus includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. We particularly emphasize providing services to those who may not have access to conventional therapeutic options, striving to break down barriers to mental health care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust across diverse client backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and relevant technology to enhance client care and documentation processes.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly regarded.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, showcasing effective communication and teamwork.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually.
