Located at our state-of-the-art facility in Ashburn, Virginia, our rehabilitation center provides an onsite setting where you will interact directly with patients and a multidisciplined team of healthcare professionals. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, fostering a balanced work-life integration while maintaining a focus on delivering dedicated patient care. You will have a patient load of one client per hour, ensuring that adequate time is allotted for thorough assessments and treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the objectives and requirements of each patient.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches to maximize mobility and functionality.
• Employ cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Advise patients on non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medications.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient, promoting healthy lifestyles and improved outcomes.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments, while also ensuring effective documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach, discussing patient progress and next steps regularly.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, encouraging adherence to treatment plans and optimal recovery.

This role will focus on a diverse array of patients, primarily those seeking rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Our clientele ranges from active adults to seniors, all of whom will benefit from specialized therapy aimed at restoring function and improving overall quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals regain their independence and confidence in mobility.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, without any record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design and implementation of customized exercise programs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate patients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team while managing patient care independently.
