• Provide exceptional, patient-centered physical therapy services both onsite and potentially through virtual platforms.
• Thoroughly assess patient needs by conducting comprehensive evaluations that inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor these treatment plans, making adjustments based on patient progress to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation protocols, injury prevention techniques, and appropriate exercise regimens designed to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) for each patient, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refine treatment strategies and share insights that advance the overall care process.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and innovations in orthopedic therapy.

As a physical therapist with Wound Healing Care Specialists, you will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our approach is tailored, focusing on the unique needs of each patient to facilitate optimal recovery pathways and enhance quality of life.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license without restrictions in California.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to patients and colleagues.

• At least two (2) years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records systems and familiar with telehealth practices preferred.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions aimed at orthopedic rehabilitation.
