Located in vibrant Saint Petersburg, our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance patient comfort and provide effective treatment. As an onsite practitioner, you will have the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists. • Conduct detailed physical examinations to assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of therapies including acupuncture, cold pressor acupressure, cold laser therapy, and massage, customizing methods to each individual’s needs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with HIPAA standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and reliability in documentation.
• Offer consultation services to patients, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and treatment options effectively.
• Participate actively in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated with industry developments.
• Support team members in patient care activities, such as charting treatments and assisting in other healing modalities when necessary.

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, including those seeking relief from chronic pain, sports injuries, stress management, and other health concerns. • A Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture or a closely related field is required.
• A valid and active Acupuncture License in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of proven experience as an Acupuncturist in a clinical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, coupled with a strong understanding of traditional Chinese medicine principles.
• Proficiency in various acupuncture techniques and complementary treatment modalities.
• Strong diagnostic skills to effectively evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and address patient needs compassionately.

• Experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient encounters efficiently.
• Additional certifications in related techniques or therapies will be considered an asset.

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $30 to $35, commensurate with experience.
